These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ichangelives.com, our platform, and the coaching, trainings, media, digital products, memberships, and network connections we make available (together, the "Services"), offered by I Change Lives ("I Change Lives" or "ICL," a brand and dba of Army of Impact, LLC, "we," "us," or "our"). Please read them carefully. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1.Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using the Services, creating an account, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.
2.Who We Are
I Change Lives is a health, coaching, and media platform operated by Army of Impact, LLC. We create and distribute trainings, educational content, and digital products, offer coaching and membership programs, and connect users with an independent network of providers, pharmacies, and partner companies. We are a technology, education, and marketing platform. We are not a medical practice, pharmacy, or licensed healthcare provider, and we do not provide medical care or advice (see Medical disclaimer).
3.Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and current.
4.Accounts & Registration
Some features require an account. You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk.
5.Memberships, Digital Products & Content
We may offer one-time purchases, memberships, subscriptions, coaching packages, trainings, and downloadable or streaming digital products. The features, price, and terms of each offer are described at the point of sale. Unless stated otherwise, digital products and content are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use, and access may depend on an active membership or subscription.
6.Payments, Billing & Renewals
You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes for the Services you purchase, using a valid payment method. Subscriptions and memberships automatically renew at the then-current price for the same term until you cancel, and by purchasing you authorize us or our payment providers to charge your payment method on each renewal. You can cancel future renewals as described in your account or the offer terms. Prices may change on a going-forward basis with notice.
7.Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel a subscription or membership to stop future renewals, effective at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise. Except where required by law or expressly stated in a specific offer, fees already paid are non-refundable, and access to digital products and content generally continues through the paid term. Any product-specific refund or guarantee terms presented at checkout control for that purchase.
8.Coaching, Trainings & Educational Content
Our coaching, trainings, media, and digital products are provided for general educational and informational purposes. They are not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other licensed advice, and no coach-client, provider-patient, or professional relationship is created by consuming our content. Always seek the advice of a qualified professional regarding your specific situation.
9.Medical Disclaimer & Third-Party Health Providers
I Change Lives does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or prescriptions, and does not dispense medications, including peptides or other therapies.
Doctors, telehealth providers, and pharmacies in our network are independent third parties. Any clinical evaluation, prescription, and treatment decision is made solely by a licensed provider based on their own judgment, and any medication is dispensed solely by a licensed pharmacy.
Content on the platform about health, fitness, supplements, peptides, or other therapies is educational and is not a recommendation that any product or protocol is safe or appropriate for you. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read or receive through the Services. Always consult your physician or a qualified provider before starting any program, supplement, medication, or therapy. If you have a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately. 10.Third-Party Partners, Marketplace & Referrals
The Services may introduce or connect you to independent partner companies, providers, pharmacies, products, and offers. We may receive referral fees, commissions, or other compensation from some partners. We do not control and are not responsible for the products, services, advice, or conduct of any third party, and connecting you with a partner is not an endorsement or a guarantee of any result. 11.Intellectual Property & License
The Services and all content we provide, including text, video, courses, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by I Change Lives or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, resell, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from our content, or share your access with others, without our written permission.
12.User Content & Acceptable Use
You are responsible for content you submit and represent that you have the right to submit it. By posting content you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it in connection with operating and promoting the Services. You agree not to misuse the Services, including by breaking the law, infringing others' rights, uploading harmful code, attempting to gain unauthorized access, scraping, reselling access, or interfering with the platform. We may remove content or suspend access that violates these Terms.
13.Earnings, Results & Testimonials
We make no guarantee of any specific health, fitness, financial, or business result from using the Services. Any testimonials or examples reflect individual experiences and are not typical or promised outcomes. Your results depend on many factors we do not control. 14.Communications & Privacy
By using the Services you consent to receive communications from us electronically, including email and, where you opt in, text messages, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can opt out of marketing at any time.
15.Disclaimers
The Services and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any content, product, or connection will meet your expectations or produce any particular result.
16.Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I Change Lives and its owners, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Services, the acts of any third-party provider, pharmacy, or partner, or any content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
17.Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless I Change Lives and its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the Services, your content, your dealings with any third-party provider or partner, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
18.Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in the State of Arizona, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except where applicable law provides otherwise. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will stay in effect.
19.Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
