1.Information We Collect

We collect information in three ways: information you give us, information collected automatically, and information we receive from third parties.

Information you provide

• Contact & account details: your name, email address, phone number, username, password, and mailing address.
• Lead & inquiry details: information you submit through our forms, quizzes, or waitlists, including what you are interested in and how you change lives.
• Purchase & membership information: the programs, coaching, memberships, trainings, and digital products you buy or enroll in.
• Profile & health-related information you choose to share: goals, interests, and, if you ask us to connect you with a provider or pharmacy in our network, information relevant to that request. You decide what to share, and you may share sensitive health information directly with those independent providers rather than with us (see Health & partner network).
• Payment information: billing details processed through our payment providers. We do not store full card or bank numbers (see Payments).
• Communications & content: messages, emails, texts, survey responses, reviews, and anything you post or send to us.

Information collected automatically

When you use our site we and our service providers may automatically collect device and usage information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, links clicked, referring pages, and the dates and times of your visits, using cookies and similar technologies (see Cookies & tracking).

Information from third parties

We may receive information from social media and advertising platforms (for example, when you submit a lead form on Facebook or Instagram), and from our scheduling, payment, marketing, provider, and partner companies, consistent with their own terms and policies.

• Respond to your inquiries and, when you request it, connect you with providers, pharmacies, or partner companies in our network;

• Send marketing and educational communications you have opted into, and personalize the content and offers we share with you;
• Operate, maintain, secure, analyze, and improve our platform and services;
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues;
• Comply with our legal obligations and enforce our terms and agreements.

3.Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the site, remember your preferences, measure traffic, and understand how our site and ads perform. 4.Text Messaging (SMS/MMS) & Phone Calls

When you provide your phone number, for example by submitting a form, joining a waitlist, or creating an account, you agree that we (and our messaging providers acting on our behalf) may contact you by phone call and by text message (SMS/MMS) about your inquiry, account, purchases, and, where you have opted in, promotions and offers.

• Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to marketing texts to buy our products or services.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

• Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

5.How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only as described here:

• Service providers. Companies that host our site, process payments, send email and text, schedule appointments, and provide analytics and advertising support, acting on our behalf under contract.
• Health, provider, and partner network. When you ask us to connect you with a doctor, telehealth provider, pharmacy, or partner company, we share the information needed to make that connection. Those parties are independent and use your information under their own terms and privacy policies (see Health & partner network).
• Advertising partners. We may share limited information with advertising and social platforms to measure and improve our marketing, subject to your choices.
• Legal and safety. When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of I Change Lives, our users, or others.
• Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

6.Health-Related Information & the Provider / Partner Network

If you choose to be connected with a provider or pharmacy, any clinical, prescription, or treatment relationship is between you and that provider or pharmacy. They may collect health information from you directly and handle it under their own notices and applicable law. We encourage you to review their policies before sharing sensitive information.

Except where we act as a service provider or business associate under a written agreement, information you share with us through the platform is handled under this Privacy Policy and is not a substitute for the confidential provider relationship you have with a licensed professional.

7.Marketing Communications & Your Choices

You can opt out of marketing email at any time using the unsubscribe link in our messages, and opt out of marketing texts by replying STOP. You may still receive non-promotional messages about your account, purchases, or support requests. You can also update your preferences or ask us to remove your information by contacting us below.

8.Payments

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. When you make a purchase, your payment details are collected and processed by those providers under their own terms and privacy policies. We receive limited information such as confirmation of payment and the last digits of your card, but we do not store full card or bank account numbers on our systems.

9.Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

10.Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with our legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take steps to delete or de-identify it.

12.Children's Privacy

Our platform is intended for adults 18 and older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.

13.Third-Party Links & Services

Our site may link to third-party websites, providers, pharmacies, and partner companies. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review their policies before providing information.
